Living the Word: Cross+Gen Education (Revised Common Lectionary) is a curriculum product that is based on our popular Living the Word: Cross+Gen Education (Narrative Lectionary) curriculum. Like both our Narrative Lectionary Cross+Gen curriculum products (Education/Classroom and Worship), this RCL curriculum provides a resource for congregations who are looking to begin or continue intergenerational ministry in an educational setting while following the Revised Common Lectionary (RCL) they are using in worship.
Curriculum for Elementary Ages (RCL Years A & B)
Do you only have a short time for your elementary-age Sunday school or children’s church? Order our Mini Lessons for the Revised Common Lectionary (PK-6th). Each lesson contains three activities: one creatively teaching the Gospel lesson and the other two as fun additional activities.
Faith-at-Home Devotional Resource (RCL Years A & B)
Connect worship and education with the rest of the week! Taking Faith Home is a set of weekly resources that helps households (of whatever size or configuration) structure devotions at home. They can be printed as a half-sheet “bulletin insert” or emailed home as PDF files. You can purchase Taking Faith Home for the Program Year (Sept. 2026 to May 2027) to match our RCL Kids Mini Lessons and Cross+Gen Education curricula, or you can purchase it for the Church Year (Dec. 2025 to Nov. 2026) to match the liturgical calendar.
